📦 Shipping Policy — LOEVFIT

At LOEVFIT, we aim to ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about our delivery process, from shipping times and tracking to what to do in case of a problem with your order.
🕒 Order Processing Times
Orders placed on:
- Monday to Friday before 15:00 (CET) ➝ shipped the same day
- After 15:00 or during weekends ➝ shipped on the next working day
⚠️ In rare cases, delays may occur due to high volume, holidays, or external shipping issues. We’ll always do our best to ship your package as soon as possible.

Note: customs inspections or local carrier delays may extend international delivery times. LOEVFIT has no control over these delays.
🔎 Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a Track & Trace link. This link will allow you to follow your order directly via PostNL.
Common statuses:
- “Shipment expected, not yet in sorting process”
➝ Your label has been created, but PostNL hasn’t scanned your parcel yet. Please check again the next day. - “Sorting center”
➝ Your parcel has arrived at the PostNL depot. A delivery estimate will appear soon.
🏠 Wrong address entered?
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. Entered something wrong? Email us as soon as possible at contact@loevfit.com. If your package has already shipped, we unfortunately can’t change the address anymore. LOEVFIT is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address input.
🌍 International Shipping
We ship globally via www.loevfit.com.
International customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees charged by their country. These costs are not covered by LOEVFIT.
📬 If you’re not home during delivery. PostNL usually attempts to deliver your parcel to your neighbors. If that’s not possible, a delivery attempt note will be left with a link to reschedule or pick up the parcel. You can adjust your delivery time after the first failed attempt using your Track & Trace link.

🔹 Missing item?
So sorry! Email us at contact@loevfit.com within 48 hours with:
- Your order number
- The item that’s missing
We’ll get back to you within 12 working hours.
🔹 Wrong item received?
Oops! Please email us within 24 hours with:
- Your order number
- The correct item you ordered
- The incorrect item you received
We’ll make it right — fast.
🔹 Wrong packaging?
Send us a photo of the packaging along with your order number and we’ll investigate and offer a solution.
🔹 Package says “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it?
- First, check with your neighbors — PostNL sometimes delivers without leaving a note.
- If they don’t have it, contact us immediately and we’ll open a case with PostNL.
🔹 Damaged package?
So sorry to hear! Please email us:
- Clear photos of the damage
- Your order number
We’ll look into it and help you right away.
🔹 Money taken but order canceled?
Send us an email and we’ll investigate the situation and refund if needed.
