1. Applicability

These terms apply to all use of our website and to every order placed with LOEVFIT, worldwide. By using our site or placing an order, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.

2. Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed directly through our webshop.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted.
• We accept Shopify Payments, PayPal, and major credit cards.
• All prices include VAT (where applicable) and exclude shipping unless otherwise stated.

3. Delivery

• We ship worldwide from the Netherlands.
• Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated as accurately as possible.
• Shipping is handled by recognized carriers. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage lies with the customer (unless mandatory local law states otherwise).
• If incorrect address details are provided, LOEVFIT is not responsible for any extra costs incurred.

4. Returns & Withdrawal (Cooling-off)

We follow EU consumer law, but also offer international returns:

• You may cancel or return your order within 7 days after receiving it, without giving a reason.
• The product must be unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging.
• Hygiene seals (e.g. foil or plastic seals) must remain intact.
• Return costs are always the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
• Notify us first via email at contact@loevfit.com to receive return instructions.

Note:

• Items on sale, gift cards, and opened skincare or bodywear items cannot be returned.
• If your return is accepted, you’ll receive a refund within 7 working days via your original payment method.
• Damaged or incomplete returns may be rejected or incur a fee.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you received a wrong or damaged item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
• Please include clear photos of the item and packaging.
• We will offer a suitable solution, either a replacement or refund.

6. Product Information & Pricing

• We aim to present our products and pricing accurately.
• Typographical, pricing, or content errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct these and cancel or adjust orders accordingly.
• Product colors may slightly differ from what you see on your screen.

• Customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges may apply depending on your country. These are the customer’s responsibility.
